Debbie McNamara Speaks at the South Carolina Environmental Conference (SCEC)
The SCEC is one of the largest environmental conferences on the East Coast.  With approximately 1,400 attendees, the 2008 conference was held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina March 29 through April 2.  Debbie McNamara demonstrated how market research can be used to improve customer satisfaction among utility customers.
