Debbie McNamara, the owner and president of Research Inc., has over 20 years of experience in marketing and market research. Debbie has earned the prestigious PRC (Professional Researcher Certification). The Certification, awarded by the Marketing Research Association, signifies that she has met a stringent set of criteria and possesses the knowledge and practical experience in marketing research necessary to earn this esteemed credential. She has also attended the Burke Institute's Advanced Moderator training program. Debbie has a BA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University. Kristin Bright
Kristin manages the data operations of Research Inc. She has over 15 years experience in questionnaire design, data programming and analysis for web, telephone, in-person, and self-administered surveys. She has a BS in Economics from the University of Utah and a MA in Economics from Clemson University. She has been with Research Inc. since 1994. Tom Young Tom has twenty-one years' experience in marketing and sales, including internet marketing and usability research. Tom has worked with corporate clients around the country and is passionate about understanding customers and how they use the Web. He is the author of Intuitive Selling. He has a BA in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
